Apple has launched its rolling Apple Music Replay 2023 feature, which enables users to track their top songs and how the playlist alters throughout the year.
Spotify has a unique feature called Spotify Wrapped that shows off your top artists, songs, and genres of the year. It is a trendy function that gets shared all over social media at the end of each year, but Apple Music fans need not miss out.
In fact, the 2023 Replay playlist is already available. The Apple Music Replay function isn’t as in-depth as Spotify Wrapped, but it does offer some interesting stats and specialized playlists.
Stats include the number of hours of music listened to for the entire year, the number of artists listened to, and top artists with the number of hours listened to each.
The 2023 playlist should already appear at the bottom of a user’s “Listen Now” page as long as they’ve added Replay playlists to their library before.
However, paying a visit to the Replay website can provide even more data.
How To Get Your Apple Music Replay 2023 Stats and Playlist
To access your Apple Music Replay 2023, follow the following steps:
- Visit replay.music.apple.com from your iPhone, iPad, Mac or PC
- Sign in using the Apple ID associated with your Apple Music subscription
- Tap the Get Started button to access Apple Music Replay
- Scroll to the bottom of the Replay page and navigate to the “Your Replay Mix” playlist
- Tap Open in Apple Music to add the personalized playlist to the music player app
The playlist is 100 songs long and will update throughout the year in real time. By the end of the year you’ve got the official ‘best of’ playlist that will remain static.
Users are also able to access their complete playlist for previous years, all the way back to the launch of Apple Music in 2015.
You will have needed to meet a certain threshold of music listened to in order to access the Replay playlist, which might explain why you aren’t seeing it yet.
Otherwise, you’ll see the Apple Music Replay ’23 playlist show up in the Listen Now tab within the Apple Music app. You can also go to the Apple Music website to see rolling playlist.
