You can now purchase LG products in Kenya using Safaricom’s Bonga Points thanks to the partnership between the two. LG Electronics has partnered with Safaricom to offer customers a discounted price of up to 7% off of home electronics and appliances.

The discounted products will be available across all LG Opalnet branded shops across the country. Safaricom subscribers can access LG TVs, Washing Machines, Refrigerators, dishwashers, microwave ovens, audios and more at discounted prices using Bonga points.
Bonga points will be equated to money whereas 5 Bonga points will be equivalent to Ksh.1.00. Customers can use full Bonga points or ask the LG merchant to use part cash and part Bonga when doing the redemption.
How To buy LG Products Using Bonga Points
- Dial *126# or use the Safaricom app.
- Redeem the deal you want and confirm.
- You will get a voucher code to be used to redeem the offer.
- Give the voucher code to the merchant and enjoy the discount.
Once transacted, customers will receive approval and access to their products of choice within 48 hours.
Customers can also buy LG electronics at discounted prices via Aspira, a product financing firm. This is a different partnership between LG Electronics and Aspira that offers customers a credit facility of up to 12 months of interest repayment.
