Epson has received Platinum Recognition for two of its production facilities under the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Validated Assessment Program (VAP).
The facilities, Epson Precision Philippines, Inc. (EPPI) and Epson Precision Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (EPMY), achieved this recognition following audits conducted by independent RBA-certified firms.
This accolade reflects Epson’s focus on corporate social responsibility (CSR) within its global supply chain.
RBA Platinum Recognition Explained
Platinum status is the highest level of recognition under the RBA VAP. To qualify, facilities must achieve a perfect score of 200 and address all findings, whether Priority, Major, or Minor.

Epson has been a member of the RBA since April 2019 and has adopted rigorous practices to uphold its CSR standards.
Several of its sites across Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, China, and the Philippines have undergone VAP audits, with many achieving Platinum status.
