Mastercard and Women Choice, an international organization that advances women’s personal and professional development, have announced an exciting expansion of their partnership.
The collaboration aims to create 1 million employment opportunities for women by 2030 across the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region.

The partnership kicked off in 2023 with the launch of a pilot cohort. Now, the two organizations are introducing two new initiatives, ImpactHer and EmpowerHer, that aim to impact 50,000 women entrepreneurs in 2024.
These programs will provide women entrepreneurs with comprehensive training, mentorship, and resources to help them grow their businesses and generate employment opportunities in their chosen fields.

Women Choice has already connected over 15,000 women entrepreneurs through its network. These women have participated in over 100 accelerator programs and conferences in recent years, demonstrating the organization’s commitment to supporting women in business.
