Uber Eats recently hosted the 2024 Merchant Awards to honor standout businesses in the hospitality sector.
This event brought together various restaurant businesses and non-food merchants on the Uber Eats platform, including supermarkets, pharmacies, liquor merchants, and grocery stores that consistently provide exceptional service.
Nakampe Molewa, General Manager of Uber Eats in Sub-Saharan Africa, praised the dedication of these merchants, stating, “We are proud to work with such incredible merchants who consistently go above and beyond to deliver exceptional food, goods, and services. Their dedication to quality and innovation has played a significant role in the growth and success of Uber Eats in Kenya.”
This year’s Merchant Awards focused on both customer votes and Uber Eats’ internal metrics, highlighting those who excel in operational performance.
