Vivo has officially unveiled its latest flagship smartphone lineup, the Vivo X200 Series. This much-anticipated release includes three models: the Vivo X200, Vivo X200 Pro, and the newly introduced Vivo X200 Pro Mini.
While the Vivo X200 and X200 Pro build on the foundation laid by their predecessors in the X100 series, the X200 Pro Mini is a compact powerhouse with similar high-end hardware, catering to users who prefer smaller form factors without sacrificing performance.
Vivo X200 Series: Specifications
The Vivo X200 boasts a 6.67-inch 10-bit OLED LTPS quad-curved display, featuring Zeiss Natural Colour technology, HDR 10+ support, and a remarkable peak brightness of 4500 nits.
To enhance user comfort, the screen also includes high-frequency PWM dimming to reduce flicker. Photography enthusiasts will appreciate its triple rear camera setup, consisting of a 50MP Sony IMX921 main sensor, a 50MP Sony IMX882 telephoto lens, and a 50MP ultra-wide camera.
Powering the device is a large 5800mAh BlueVolt battery with 90W wired charging.
On the other hand, the Vivo X200 Pro features a similar display with a few upgrades. The Pro model comes with an LTPO panel offering a variable refresh rate of up to 120Hz and slimmer bezels at just 1.63mm.
It is equipped with a triple rear camera system, featuring the new 50MP Sony LYT-818 primary sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide lens, and a 200MP Zeiss APO telephoto camera.

The X200 Pro’s camera capabilities are bolstered by the Vivo V3+ imaging chip, which supports 4K HDR Cinematic Portrait video and 10-bit Log shooting at up to 60fps. The device is backed by a 6000mAh battery and supports 90W wired charging.
The Vivo X200 Pro Mini, despite its smaller 6.31-inch flat display, retains many of the key features found in the Pro models.
It also comes with a triple rear camera setup that includes a 50MP Sony LYT-818 main sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide lens, and a 50MP telephoto camera, although with a slightly lower megapixel count than the Pro’s 200MP telephoto option.
Its 5800mAh battery, paired with 90W wired charging, ensures it can keep up with the larger models in terms of power and endurance.
At the core of the Vivo X200 Series is the MediaTek Dimensity 9400 chipset, which is built on a second-generation 3nm process, providing improved performance and energy efficiency.

Another highlight of the OS is Origin Island, Vivo’s take on a dynamic element similar to the popular “Dynamic Island.”
