OPPO Reno8 T Series: Taking One Step Forward in Performance
Share on FacebookShare on Twitter

How often do you upgrade your smartphone?  According to research by Strategy Analytics, for most people around the world, the answer is 2-3 years on average.

Of course, in reality, people are forced to upgrade their handset much more frequently due to a number of reasons, the most common of which is slow performance.

Concerns about degrading smartphone performance over the years has been a point of concern for a majority of smartphone users. With the all-new OPPO Reno8 T series, it comes with the promise of superior performance for an all-around smooth experience.

This series has been completely overhauled with multiple features that ensure a smoother experience for its users, taking One Step Forward in Performance.

One of the features that guarantee a smoother and more stable operating system is the OPPO-developed Dynamic Computing Engine. This Engine optimizes the scheduling and recovery of computing resources to increase overall speed, and stability and boost app startup times by up to 11%.

Additionally, users of the new OPPO Reno8 T series can keep up to 20+ apps running in the background and still experience a smooth switch and jump from one app to another.

OPPO RENO8 T SERIES

Reno8 T series has not only been designed to deliver a smooth experience straight out of the box — it has also been tested for 48-Month Fluency Protection by OPPO Labs, ensuring that it maintains a high degree of operating fluency even after four years of use.

At the OPPO labs, simulations of a typical day-to-day phone use over 48 months test the fluency of the phone in areas like app startup time, boot time, and multimedia responsiveness. By bypassing the 48-Month Fluency Protection test, the Reno8 T series is a leap from the 36-month smoothness of the previous generations, delivering the long-term smooth user experience that users expect.

Charging & Battery Life

Looking at charging capability, the Reno8 T series comes with a large 4800mAh battery and a 67W SUPERVOOCTM fast charge with the ability to charge from 0% to 100% in just 44 minutes, keeping you powered for longer, thanks to the one-of-a-kind Battery Health Engine (BHE).

The battery also has a much longer lifespan, ensuring it maintains great performance for a longer period of time.

The OPPO BHE can keep a battery running at over 80% of its original capacity after as many as 1,600 charge cycles, or around four years of typical use if charged once per day.

This is effectively double the current industry average of 800 cycles, making batteries equipped with the OPPO BHE the world’s longest-lasting in terms of battery lifespan.

Performance & Display

Additionally, the handset comes with 8GB RAM and 256GB ROM, with the option to expand RAM by up to 8GB RAM using OPPO’s RAM Expansion technology.

For exceptional visual entertainment, the Reno8 T series has a 6.4-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. On the audio side, a Dual Stereo Speaker provides surround sound for a more immersive gaming and movie experience.

The built-in Ultra Volume Mode boosts the maximum volume to 200%.

The Reno8 T series is powered by the latest edition of ColorOS 13, which brings users even more smart features in a concise, convenient, and secure Android experience.

The Always-On Display now allows users to control Spotify, select playlists, or play/pause music without unlocking the phone. Screen Translate, built with Google Lens, can translate the content of an entire screen in just one click from the sidebar menu.

Overall, the OPPO Reno8 T series offers superior performance and an all-around smooth experience for users, with a range of features and enhancements that make it stand out from the competition.
