Seamless Access with a Simple Dial
With a simple dial of *334# on the Airtel network, Airtel Money customers can now purchase one of three innovative Benefit options: Hospital Cash, Last Expense (Funeral), or Personal Accident covers. These offerings are crafted to provide financial security during challenging times.
Hospital Cash: Safeguarding Against Income Loss and Medical Expenses
The Hospital Cash (Hospicash) cover ensures policyholders receive a daily cash payment of Kshs 500 for each night spent in a hospital, from the 3rd day to a maximum of 30 days per year. This safeguard against income loss and medical expenses is available for a monthly premium of KES 40 for individuals or KES 170 for a family of up to 4 members.
Last Expense: Alleviating Funeral-Related Financial Burden
The Last Expense cover alleviates the financial burden associated with funeral costs by offering a lump-sum payout of Kshs 100,000, supporting beneficiaries in covering bills, burial expenses, and income loss. This benefit can be secured for a monthly premium of KES 40 for individuals or KES 170 for families.
Personal Accident: Ensuring Financial Security during Challenging Times
The Personal Accident cover safeguards against permanent disability or death due to an accident, providing a predetermined payout of Kshs 100,000 to the customer or their next of kin. This coverage can be obtained for a monthly premium of KES 35 for individuals or KES 150 for families.
Comprehensive Protection with the Combo Benefit
Customers also have the option to select the all-inclusive Combo Benefit, seamlessly combining Hospital Cash, Accidental/Natural Death, and Permanent Total Disability covers into a comprehensive package. This complete protection for the insured and their loved ones is available for a monthly premium of Ksh 100 for individuals and Ksh 420 for families.
